[目的]了解痹性贝类毒素小鼠生物法检测采用ICR和昆明种小鼠的差异。[方法]用平行法对ICR和昆明种小鼠进行了20个批次的织纹螺麻痹性贝类毒素生物法比对试验。[结果]两个品系动物试验结果的变异系数为8%,t检验结果表明两种品系动物的差异无统计学意义。两个品系动物比对试验结果表明具相关性且回归系数有显著性意义,但绝对值有一定的差异。[结论]ICR和昆明种小鼠痹性贝类毒素小鼠生物法检测结果具有很强的相关性和线型关系,但在两组数值的绝对值的差异值得关注。
[Objective] To understand the difference between ICR mice and Kunming mice by biological test. [Method] The parallel method was used to compare the biological test of 20 batches of Myxoplasma gondii in ICR and Kunming mice. [Results] The coefficient of variation of the two experimental animals was 8%. The t test showed that there was no significant difference between the two strains of animals. The results of animal-to-animal comparison showed that the two strains had correlations and the regression coefficients were significant, but the absolute values were different. [Conclusion] The bioassay results of ICR and Kunming mouse paralytic shellfish toxoid showed a strong correlation and linear relationship, but the difference of the absolute value between two groups of values deserved attention.
