市场营销是一门实践性和应用性较强的学科,也是高职院校经管类专业不可或缺的一门必修课。随着我国经济社会发展,用人单位对市场营销专业人才需求的数量越来越大,要求的质量也越来越高。本文分析了传统市场营销学课程教学模式的弊端,提出了面向职场能力的教学模式,旨在通过教学改革,培养出动手能力强、沟通效果好和较好适应能力的高素质专业人才。
Marketing is a practical and applied disciplines, but also an indispensable compulsory course of economics and management in higher vocational colleges. With the economic and social development in our country, the demand of employing professionals for marketing professionals is getting larger and larger, and the required quality is getting higher and higher. This article analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional marketing teaching mode and puts forward the teaching mode oriented to the job market. The aim is to cultivate highly qualified professionals with good hands-on ability, good communicative effect and good adaptability through teaching reform.
