锚固块是体外预应力加固中最关键的结构之一,它的应力分布复杂,需对其进行细致详尽的分析,以保证体外预应力加固的安全和有效。以广州市东圃某特大桥的检测与加固设计为背景,通过对体外预应力加固中的大吨位端部锚固块进行有限元分析,给出了端部锚固块在新增混凝土前后的纵向应力、横向应力和竖向应力,并对这些应力计算结果进行分析。结果表明,端部锚固块在新增混凝土后的加固效果是非常明显的;同时发现了端部锚固块在新增混凝土后仍存在一些不足之处,就此提出一些局部加强建议。最后根据有限元分析结果,利用拉-压杆模型进行锚固区的配筋计算。可为体外预应力加固锚固设计提供一些参考。
Anchoring block is one of the most important structures in external prestressing reinforcement. Its stress distribution is complicated and needs detailed and detailed analysis to ensure the safety and effectiveness of external prestressing reinforcement. Taking the detection and reinforcement design of a special bridge in Dongpu, Guangzhou as the background, the finite element analysis of large tonnage anchoring blocks in external prestressing reinforcement is given, and the longitudinal stress of the anchoring blocks before and after the addition of concrete , Horizontal stress and vertical stress, and analyze the stress calculation results. The results show that the reinforcement effect of the end anchorage block after the addition of concrete is very obvious. At the same time, it is found that there are still some shortcomings in the end anchorage block after the addition of concrete, and some suggestions for local reinforcement are proposed. Finally, according to the results of finite element analysis, the reinforcement of the anchorage zone is calculated by using the pull-strut model. It can provide some references for strengthening prestressed anchorage design in vitro.
