目的 探讨影响儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入视力的相关因素。方法 对 13 1例手术进行临床研究 ,随访2~ 3 6月。结果 本组矫正视力在 0 3以上达 62 5 % ,其中3 5 83 %达 0 5以上。相关分析显示年龄与术后视力呈正线性相关 (r=0 .5 0 5 6,P <0 .0 1)。在 6~ 8岁年龄组 ,术后脱残率明显低于 9~ 14岁患者 (P <0 .0 1)。采取IOL袢缝线固定者 ,术后脱残率较未进行者低 (P <0 .0 5 )。本资料显示无玻璃体脱出、前房积血、纤维蛋白膜形成及后囊浑浊者 ,术后脱残率较有此并发症者有明显优势 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 术后脱残率与低年龄组、手术方式、玻璃体脱出、术后前房积血、纤维蛋白膜形成及后囊浑浊六个因素有密切相关
Objective To investigate the factors that affect the visual acuity of pediatric traumatic cataract with intraocular lens implantation. Methods Thirteen cases of surgery were studied clinically, followed up for 2 ~ 3 months. Results The corrected visual acuity of this group was 62.5% over 0 3, of which 3583% reached 0 5 or more. Correlation analysis showed a positive linear correlation between age and postoperative visual acuity (r = 0.5606, P <0.01). In the age group of 6 to 8 years, the postoperative disability rate was significantly lower than that of patients aged 9 to 14 years (P <0.01). Taking IOL 袢 suture fixation, postoperative disability rate was lower than those who did not (P <0. 05). The data show no vitreous prolapse, hyphema, fibrin membrane formation and posterior capsule turbidity, postoperative disability rate than those with complications have obvious advantages (P <0.01). Conclusions The postoperative morbidity is closely related to the low age group, surgical methods, vitreous prolapse, postoperative anterior chamber hemorrhage, fibrin membrane formation and posterior capsular turbidity
