本文分别测定了重组的与天然的牛胰蛋白酶和羧肽酶B对前胰岛素融合蛋白的裂解活性。水解产物采用HPLC进行分析,发现重组酶具有更强的活性并且副产物少,因此重组酶在胰岛素生产中比天然的牛胰蛋白酶和羧肽酶B具有更好的前景。 In this paper, the cleavage activity of proinsulin fusion protein between recombinant and native bovine trypsin and carboxypeptidase B was measured. The hydrolyzate was analyzed by HPLC and found that the recombinase had stronger activity and fewer byproducts, so the recombinase had better prospects in the production of insulin than the natural bovine trypsin and carboxypeptidase B.
