国外某大学开发出一种具有切削阻力小、加工表面粗糙度值小、切屑处理性好、适合自动化加工等特点的车铣加工新技术(见图)。采用该技术来加工工件直径为40mm的100Cr6轴承钢时,在使用硬质合金4齿端铣刀(φ25mm)的情况下,切除量为270cm~3/min时的刀具磨损只达V_B0.5mm。与原来的车削加工相比较,加工精度达2.5~(+0.04)mm,并可获得小于Ra0.5μm的表面粗糙度。该值接近磨削加工粗糙度。
A foreign university has developed a cutting technology with a small resistance, the surface roughness of the small value, chip handling is good, suitable for automated machining and other characteristics of the new milling technology (see Figure). When this technique was used to machine 100Cr6 bearing steel with a workpiece diameter of 40mm, the tool wear was only V_B0.5mm when the cutting amount was 270cm-3 / min with a carbide 4-tooth end mill (φ25mm). Compared with the original turning, machining accuracy of 2.5 ~ (+0.04) mm, and can be less than Ra0.5μm surface roughness. This value is close to the grinding roughness.
