在学校教育中,学生既是教师事业生命的全部,也是教师工作活力的符号和价值。在以素质教育为核心的新课程理念下,作为教学活动的组织者、主导者、合作者和促进派,人民教师肩负着传承历史文明和缔造社会核心生产力的重要使命,应当立足于“发展学生”战略眼光和长远规划,在认真进行“传道、授业、解惑”的同时,更要注重抓好学生综合学习能力和全面素质的教育培养,为促进他们的全面发展和终身发展奠基铺路。笔者从教学实践中认为,要想发展学生的语文学习情趣和能力,必须以构建和谐教学、激发学习兴趣、加强阅读教学、培养学习能力和激活思维美感为着力点,积极开展以认知、能力和情感为一体的三维目标教学活动。本文试简要阐述之。
