美国Toastmasters是全球第三大NGO组织,致力领导力与沟通力的提升,现今已迅速传播到全球120多个国家,近30万个会员。每一个俱乐部都有健全高效的管理团队,一套完善的激励机制,Toastmasters的自主管理模式,对我国双创环境下小微企业的人力资源管理具有重要的借鉴意义,因此,笔者着力从组织愿景实现、激励机制以及人才筛选人力资源管理三个方面来分析相应的启示以及提出对策建议。
Toastmasters, the third largest NGO in the world, is committed to enhancing its leadership and communication skills. Nowadays, it spread to nearly 300,000 members in more than 120 countries around the world. Each club has a sound and efficient management team, a set of perfect incentive mechanism and self-management mode of Toastmasters have an important reference to the human resources management of small and micro enterprises in China. Therefore, Implementation, incentive mechanism and personnel selection of human resources management to analyze the corresponding inspiration and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
