抗肿瘤环己肽RA-VⅡ和RA-X系从茜草(Rubia cordifolia)中分离到的,通过血管内给药,以大鼠肝微粒体生物转化及兔胆汁研究了RA-VⅡ和RA-X代谢物。并采用二维核磁共振技术、对NH质子温度效应和核奥氏效应试验阐明代谢物的结构和构象。
Antitumor Cyclohexide Peptides RA-VII and RA-X were isolated from Rubia cordifolia and RA-VII and RA-X were studied by intravascular administration with rat liver microsomes biotransformation and rabbit bile Metabolites. Two-dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance technique was used to elucidate the structure and conformation of the metabolites on the NH proton temperature effect and the nuclear Oersted effect test.
