近年来,由于农村九年义务教学制度的深入普及,越来越多的农村学生顺利升入初中学习。农村初中教育从某种程度上来说与城市教学还存在一定差距,教学质量相对较弱,尤其是存在明显的“后进生”现象。从农村初中数学教学实情来看,导致初中数学后进生产生的原因有很多,不仅有学生主观因素,还存在教育水平、家庭因素及社会因素等客观原因,而要想积极转变农村初中数学后进生,教师还需充分了解后进生产生的原因,掌握后进学生的表现特点,并从多方面入手长期坚持进行,从而实现初中数学后进学生的转化。
