据CMJ报道:北京大学第三医院呼吸科陈亚红医师的研究表明,采用western blot及免疫组化方法,测定钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)在大鼠肺组织中的分布及含量,用32P标记的底物肽测定不同组织CaN活性,发现肺组织存在CaN,并具有磷酸酶活性。在原代培养的大鼠肺成纤维细胞上,采用3H-胸腺嘧啶(3H—TdR)和3H-脯氨酸参入法,发现CaN抑制剂环孢霉素(CsA)呈浓度依赖性抑制碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)刺激的肺成纤维细胞3H-TdR参入,并抑制bFGF刺激肺成纤维细胞
