根据AAPM TG43U1推荐的种子源剂量参数计算公式,得到125I-103Pd复合种子源剂量参数计算公式,并且推广到n种放射性核素复合种子源剂量参数计算公式。使用蒙特卡罗方法计算125I-103Pd复合种子源的剂量率常数、径向剂量函数和各向异性函数的数值,对径向剂量函数和各向异性函数进行拟合,得到经验公式。使用单一源125I的参数计算结果和相关数据进行了比较。得到单一源125I的剂量率常数为0.959(cGy.h–1.U–1),与AAPM TG43U1中一种相类似的种子源6711(AH)的推荐值相差0.6093%。
According to the calculation formula of seed dose parameters recommended by AAPM TG43U1, the formula of dose parameters of 125I-103Pd composite seed source was obtained, and the formulas of dose parameters for n kinds of radionuclide seed sources were generalized. The Monte Carlo method was used to calculate the dose rate constant, radial dose rate and anisotropy rate of 125I-103Pd composite seed source. The empirical formula was obtained by fitting the radial dose function and the anisotropy function. The results of the calculation of the parameters using a single source 125I are compared with the relevant data. The single-source 125I dose-rate constant was 0.959 (cGy.h-1.U-1), which differed by 0.6093% from the recommended value for a similar seed source 6711 (AH) in AAPM TG43U1.
