Objective: To summarize the pharmacology and clinical application of difluorodeoxycytidine. Methods: The drug was evaluated by routine in vitro, in vivo and in vivo methods. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Difepristone is effective in treating non-small cell lung cancer with less side effects
