本文设计搭建了静态闪蒸实验台,对NaCl溶液静态闪蒸传热特性进行了实验研究.实验中,初始液膜厚度为0.2 m、0.4 m,初始盐水浓度为0~0.26,过热度为1.5~40℃。结果表明:闪蒸时间随着过热度的增加而逐渐增加;初始液膜厚度和浓度的增加,使闪蒸过程中不平衡分数的下降速率趋缓,导致平衡时刻不平衡分数升高;过热度的增加,使液膜中所包含的不稳定能量增多,使平衡时刻不平衡分数降低;平衡时刻体积传热系数随过热度的增加而逐渐减小。
In this experiment, the initial liquid film thickness is 0.2 m, 0.4 m, the initial brine concentration is 0 ~ 0.26, the superheat degree is 1.5 ~ 40 ℃. The results show that the flash time increases gradually with the increase of superheat degree. The increase of initial film thickness and concentration slows down the rate of decline of the unbalance fraction during flashing, resulting in an increase of the unbalance fraction at the equilibrium time. Increase the unstable energy contained in the liquid film and decrease the unbalanced fraction at the equilibrium time. At the equilibrium time, the volumetric heat transfer coefficient decreases with the increase of the superheat.
