食管气管瘘(简称TEF)是食管癌致命性并发症,目前尚难治愈。本文旨在提醒人们对食管癌性溃疡的早期预防和恰当治疗,降低TEF的发生率。我们于1987年4月至1991年12月间共收治食管癌816例,并发TEF47例,占5.76％。男41例,女6例,男:女=6.8:1。年龄41—72岁,平均56.8岁。
Esophageal tracheal fistula (TEF) is a fatal complication of esophageal cancer and is currently difficult to cure. This article aims to remind people of early prevention and appropriate treatment of esophageal cancerous ulcers and reduce the incidence of TEF. From April 1987 to December 1991, we treated 816 cases of esophageal cancer and 47 cases of TEF, accounting for 5.76%. 41 males and 6 females, male: female = 6.8:1. Age 41-72 years old, average 56.8 years old.
