在外语学习中,教师可以依据记忆的容量、消退与留存、记忆的负荷以及信息的关联性等规律和特征,引导学生培养和使用记忆策略,及时练习,强化信息留存,利用记忆的关联性进行延伸学习,并从优化教学设计入手,降低学生的认知负荷。
