超声是胎儿检查首选和最重要的手段。胎儿神经系统异常发病率较高,胎儿头颅检查显得极为重要,但是,目前超声技术对胎儿头颅检查仍存在不足。因此超声利用新的技术以满足胎儿头颅检查的需要是目前临床探索的目标,目前除二维超声外,三维超声、容积对比成像、断层超声等超声新技术在胎儿头颅检查中的重要作用日益明显。综述三维超声、容积对比成像、断层超声等超声新技术在胎儿头颅检查中的应用现状和进展,比较这些超声新技术与磁共振成像在胎儿头颅检查中的优劣势。
Ultrasound is the preferred and most important means of fetal examination. Fetal nervous system abnormalities higher incidence of fetal head examination is extremely important, however, the current ultrasound technology for fetal head examination is still inadequate. Therefore, ultrasound to use new technologies to meet the needs of fetal head examination is currently the goal of clinical exploration, with the exception of two-dimensional ultrasound, three-dimensional ultrasound, volume contrast imaging, ultrasound and other new ultrasound techniques in fetal head examination increasingly important role in fetal . This review summarizes the current status and progress of new ultrasound techniques such as three-dimensional ultrasound, volume contrast imaging, and tomographic ultrasound in fetal head examination and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these new ultrasound techniques and magnetic resonance imaging in fetal head examination.
