本文采用常规的及近代的测试仪器,研究了高强韧性低合金冷模具钢(GD钢)的各种热加工工艺。研究结果,提出了GD钢的最佳锻造工艺、退火工艺和淬火与回火工艺,从而保证了GD钢的高强韧性。指出了M/B复相处理工艺是进一步提高GD钢强韧性的有效途径,简便易行的渗硼处理工艺则可进一步提高GD钢的表面硬度和耐磨性。
In this paper, conventional and modern testing equipment, high strength and toughness of low-alloy cold-die steel (GD steel) of various thermal processing technology. Based on the research results, the best forging process, annealing process and quenching and tempering process of GD steel are put forward to ensure the high strength and toughness of GD steel. It is pointed out that M / B complex treatment is an effective way to further improve the toughness of GD steel. The simple and easy boronizing treatment can further improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of GD steel.
