一、前言在氧气顶吹转炉的吹炼过程中,磷和硫在渣,金两相间的传质是脱磷和脱硫反应的限制环节。本文从这一公认的原理出发,依据磷和硫在渣、金两相间的传质速率方程从理论上分析了脱磷速率比脱硫速率大的主要原因,并且把动力学问题和热力学因素联系起来,对氧气顶吹转炉的脱磷与脱硫速率做了定量分析和比较。
I. Introduction In the blowing process of oxygen top blown converter, the mass transfer of phosphorus and sulfur between slag and gold is the limiting part of dephosphorization and desulfurization reaction.
