我院于1994年11月至1997年5月收治急性氟乙酰胺中毒14例,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:14例均为住院病人,男7例,女7例;年龄4～9岁儿童8例(均为误服氟乙酰胺制成的毒鼠食饵而中毒),26～72岁6例(其中5例为服毒自杀,1例误服)。所有患者均符合有机氟农药中毒的诊断标准,同时排除其它农药中毒。 1.2 临床表现:服毒后潜伏期0.5～4.0小时,12例均有不同程度的恶心、呕吐、上腹部疼痛及发热,体温37.8℃～39.6℃,中毒程度越重体温越高;头晕头痛10例(71.4％);反复阵发性或持续性抽搐7例
Our hospital from November 1994 to May 1997 were treated with acute fluoroacetamide poisoning in 14 cases, are as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General Information: 14 cases were hospitalized patients, 7 males and 7 females; aged 4 to 9 years old children in 8 cases (both for the sake of toxic fluoride poisoning rat poison bait poisoning), 26 ~ 72 years old in 6 cases (5 cases of poisoning suicide, 1 case of wrong). All patients met the diagnostic criteria for organofluorine pesticide poisoning, while excluding other pesticide poisoning. 1.2 clinical manifestations: after taking the incubation period of 0.5 to 4.0 hours, 12 patients had varying degrees of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and fever, body temperature 37.8 ℃ ~ 39.6 ℃, the higher the degree of poisoning body temperature higher; dizziness and headache in 10 cases (71.4 %); Repeated paroxysmal or persistent convulsions in 7 cases
