建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)-二极管阵列(DAD)/荧光检测器(FLD)串联测定化妆品中雌三醇、雌二醇、睾酮、炔雌醇、己烯雌酚、乙酸甲地孕酮、孕酮和丙酸睾酮8种性激素的分析方法。所有形态的化妆品样品均以甲醇超声提取进行前处理,乳膏状样品再经HLB固相萃取柱富集净化,以乙腈/水为流动相梯度洗脱,经ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18柱分离,DAD-FLD串联法检测。8种性激素获得了满意的分离并排除了样品基质的干扰。方法检出限为0.1~0.5μg/g,平均加标回收率为90.3%~102.9%(n=6),相对标准偏差为0.4%~4.8%(n=6)。方法可用于化妆品中雌三醇等8种痕量性激素的同时测定。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) -depletion diode array (DAD) / fluorescence detector (FLD) was developed for the determination of estriol, estradiol, testosterone, ethinyl estradiol, diethylstilbestrol, And testosterone propionate eight kinds of sex hormones analysis. All the cosmetic samples were pretreated by ultrasonic extraction with methanol. The cream samples were concentrated and purified by HLB SPE. The mobile phases were eluted with acetonitrile / water and separated by ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column. DAD -FLD tandem method detection. Eight sex hormones achieved satisfactory separation and ruled out the interference of the sample matrix. The detection limits were 0.1-0.5 μg / g. The average recoveries were 90.3% -102.9% (n = 6). The relative standard deviations were 0.4% -4.8% (n = 6). The method can be used for the simultaneous determination of 8 trace hormones such as estriol in cosmetics.
