目的探讨台湾大学生肝炎卫生宣教指导的介入成效,为大专校院推动健康促进提供参考。方法以某大学一年级新生218人为研究对象(医护科系172人,非医护科系46人)。于团体卫生宣教指导介入前后,进行肝炎常识问卷调查,以成对t检验比较组间得分均值。结果大一新生乙肝疫苗接种率偏低(医护科系22.7%,非医护科系15.2%),有待积极推动。卫生宣教指导介入后,医护科系新生认知得分由(3.61±0.64)提升至(3.91±0.61),非医护科系新生由(3.42±1.15)提升至(4.25±0.90),介入后得分均有提高。结论经由卫生宣教指导介入,学生乙肝相关认知均显著进步,但初步追踪发现,实际接种乙肝疫苗人数增加有限,有待持续辅导与追踪。
Objective To explore the interventional effect of Taiwanese undergraduates ’hepatitis health education guidance and to provide reference for promoting college students’ health promotion. Methods 218 freshmen were selected as research subjects (172 in department of health care and 46 in non-department of health care). Before and after the guidance of group health education, questionnaire of common sense of hepatitis was conducted. Paired t-test was used to compare the average score between groups. Results Freshmen’s hepatitis B vaccination rate was low (22.7% in the Department of Nursing, non-medical department 15.2%), to be actively promoted. After intervention of health education guideline, the score of new students in health care department increased from (3.61 ± 0.64) to (3.91 ± 0.61), and that of non-health care students increased from (3.42 ± 1.15) to (4.25 ± 0.90) Improve. Conclusion Through the intervention of health education guide, the cognition of hepatitis B in students has made significant progress. However, the initial follow-up found that the actual increase of hepatitis B vaccination is limited and needs to be continuously counseled and tracked.
