我们经手术及病理检查确诊6例胃平滑肌肿瘤。其中平滑肌瘤4例、平滑肌肉瘤2例,现报告如下。临床资料本组6例中男女各3例,年龄30～67岁,主要临表现为上腹部肿块、上腹部疼痛或压迫症状、恶心呕吐及黑便等。X 线检查为胃体肿物或胃癌。6例全部行胃大部切除术。术中所见分别为:例1胃大弯向外生长肿块8×8×7 cm,例2胃小弯肿块5×4×4 cm,例3胃体肿块6×4×3 cm,例4胃体圆形肿块直径3 cm,例5胃小弯肿块直径11 cm,例6胃体向外突肿块直径4 cm,破裂出血.病理诊断:例1～4为胃平滑肌瘤;例5,6为胃
