无独立请求权第三人制度是民事诉讼法的重要制度之一.我国民事诉讼法对这一问题的规定存在一些不明确、矛盾之处,使无独立请求权第三人的法律地位不清.本文在分析学界观点的基础上,对无独立请求权第三人的诉讼地位、参诉条件、权利限制等问题进行了初步探讨.
