基于ABAQUS平台应用Python脚本语言开发了一套裂纹自动扩展程序包,该程序包含有众多子程序,可实现从参数化建模到提交计算,提取并分析结果文件等全部功能。通过二次开发能避免重复建模,节省分析结果文件等工作所需的大量时间,显著提高工作效率。该程序可分析并模拟出裂纹扩展轨迹曲线,并已用于飞机壁板裂纹扩展轨迹的分析工作,有一定的工程价值。
Based on the ABAQUS platform, a set of crack extension package was developed using Python scripting language. The program includes many subroutines, which can realize all the functions from parametric modeling to submit calculation, extraction and analysis of result files. Through secondary development can avoid duplication of modeling, saving a lot of time required to analyze the results of documents, significantly improve work efficiency. The program can analyze and simulate the crack growth trajectory curve, and has been used for the analysis of aircraft crack growth trajectory, which has certain engineering value.
