目的观察左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植避孕术的临床效果。方法收集我院2007年6月至2011年6月在我院接受皮下埋植术的130例妇女的临床资料,分析避孕效果及不良反应。结果随访2～4年,未发现埋植剂脱出及感染病例,无1例妊娠,无中途取出埋植剂病例。出现不良反应者52例,大多数经药物治疗后症状好转或自行好转,对身体无太大影响。结论左炔诺孕酮皮下埋植避孕虽有不良反应,但发生率很低,是所有避孕手段中最有效,持久,可逆的节育方法之一。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of levonorgestrel implants. Methods The clinical data of 130 women undergoing subcutaneous implantation in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2011 were collected to analyze contraceptive effects and adverse reactions. Results The patients were followed up for 2 to 4 years. No embedding agent and infection were found. There was no pregnancy in 1 patient and no embedding agent was removed. Adverse reactions occurred in 52 cases, most of the symptoms after treatment by drug improvement or self-improvement, not much impact on the body. Conclusions Levonorgestrel is one of the most effective, long-lasting and reversible contraception methods for contraception in spite of its adverse reactions, but the incidence is very low.
