With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid economic development, a large influx of rural population into cities has led to a large influx of the population in the west into the eastern coastal areas. They drag children with women, working and living in the area. The schooling problems of their children have an impact on the pattern of students in the area. This situation is reflected in school education as a “shift” phenomenon.
