我矿选矿厂许多工艺过程的中间产物(如摇床精矿),以前均是人工用取样勺取样,费时、费工、欠准确。为了改变这种落后状况,我矿职工最近成功地试制了一种电磁铁取样机。这种电磁铁取样机如图所示,主要由电磁铁、接料斗等部件组成。当电磁铁通电时,吸引铁芯,通过连杆带动接料斗作一定的位移,这时截取全部矿样(如图虚线所示);当电磁铁断电时,由于重锤的作用,接料斗复位,停止取样。实践证明,这种电磁铁取样机具有结构简单、维修方便、取样准确等优点。若在电路中接上时间继电器,还可定时自动取样。
Many of my ore beneficiation plant process intermediate products (such as shaker concentrate), previously used artificial sampling spoon sampling, time-consuming, labor, less accurate. In order to change this backward situation, mine workers recently successfully trialled a solenoid sampler. This kind of electromagnet sampler, as shown in the figure, mainly consists of electromagnet, hopper and other components. When the electromagnet is energized, it attracts the iron core and drives the hopper to make a certain displacement through the connecting rod. At this moment, all ore samples are intercepted (as shown by dotted line in the figure); when the electromagnet is de-energized, the hopper Reset, stop sampling. Practice has proved that this kind of electromagnet sampler has the advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and accurate sampling.
