Based on the study of 10 geophysical profiles (earthquakes, geothermal heat, and geomagnetic sounding profiles) in China and three-dimensional shear-wave velocity structures in the Chinese mainland and its adjacent areas, a three-dimensional structural model of the crust and upper mantle in the Chinese mainland is presented. Discussed the deep geophysical background of the output of China’s superlarge deposits. It is pointed out that although there are only a few extremely large deposits, they also have the distribution characteristics of “point”, “belt” and “face”. Most large, middle and small deposits are distributed near the boundaries of different tectonic units. Large-scale endogenous polymetallic deposits are mainly produced in the lithospheric mantle thinning area, asthenosphere uplift (seismic vertical low velocity) zone, lateral crustal upper mantle zone of non-uniform transformation zone (the crust of the upper mantle is weak
