以D,L-乳酸、1,4-丁二醇为原料,采用溶液与熔融相结合法合成了端羟基聚乳酸。探讨了单催化剂和双催化剂种类对聚合反应的影响,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、核磁共振仪、万能实验机和热重分析仪对端羟基聚乳酸进行了结构与性能表征。结果表明:使用双催化剂0.5%的氯化亚锡(SnCl2)和0.3%的对甲苯磺酸(p-TSA)催化效果最好,在10 h内所得端羟基聚乳酸的Mη为32653,是相同条件下采用直接熔融缩聚法合成产物Mη的2倍以上,同时产物具有最佳的综合力学性能和热稳定性。
D, L-lactic acid and 1,4-butanediol were used as raw materials to synthesize hydroxyl terminated polylactic acid by the combination of solution and melt. The effects of single catalyst and double catalyst on the polymerization were discussed. The structure and properties of hydroxyl terminated polylactic acid were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, universal testing machine and thermogravimetric analyzer. The results showed that the catalytic activity of 0.5% SnCl 2 and 0.3% p-TSA was the best, and the Mη of hydroxyl terminated polylactic acid was 32653 within 10 h Under the conditions of direct melt polycondensation synthesis product Mη more than 2 times, at the same time the product has the best comprehensive mechanical properties and thermal stability.
