目前,随着农村税费改革的不断深入,各项配套改革政策相应出台,不少地方为减少地方财政压力,纷纷采取合并村组的办法,限定村组干部职数、裁减基层干部人员。笔者根据在山区农村多年工作的亲身体验,认为在山区农村合并村组应慎重,不能“一刀切”。 At present, with the continuous deepening reform of rural taxes and fees, various supporting reforms have been promulgated.
