随着新课程的不断完善和推进,和谐在教育中发挥着越来越大的作用。构建和谐的师生关系和课堂结构,促进学生的全面和谐发展,就成为当今新的教育背景下教育工作者关注的重点。本文在新课程背景下结合自己的教学实践,对构建和谐师生关系从营造和谐的精神环境;构建和谐的课堂教学氛围;让每一个学生获得成功的体验,谈三个方面的感受。
With the constant improvement and advancement of the new curriculum, harmony plays an increasingly important role in education. Building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students and classroom structure to promote the all-round and harmonious development of students has become the focus of educators in today’s new educational background. Under the background of the new curriculum, combining with my own teaching practice, this article tries to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students by creating a harmonious spiritual environment, building a harmonious classroom teaching atmosphere, and letting each student experience a success and talk about the feelings of three aspects.
