糠醛是至今尚不能用石油化工技术制备的化工产品之一,仍依赖于农付产品加工获取。糠醛废渣量是糠醛产量的12~15倍,据1996年底统计全国年排糠醛废渣约300~375万吨,其中被用作锅炉燃料者仅占10%。未经处理的糠醛废渣对环境有严重污染。糠醛废渣中含硫酸2~3%,醋酸0.1~0.5%,灰份13~15%,有机质50~70%。这些有机质主要成份是植物纤维和胶质物,是解决土壤有机质日趋贫乏的重要原料来源。合理处理和设法利用糠醛废渣的研究有重要的现实意义。国外采用压榨排渣法,氨中和法收到了一定效果。法国农业呋喃公司将糠醛废渣制成中性复合肥料的方法比较成功。苏联、印度等国将其加工成酸性肥料已实现工
Furfural is one of the chemical products that can not be prepared using petrochemical technology so far and still depends on the processing of agricultural products. The amount of furfural waste is 12 to 15 times that of furfural.
