为了保护位于郁江干流上的南宁市,正规划兴建百色水库防洪,为确定其防洪库容,需对郁江南宁洪水进行分析。由于郁江南宁洪水的地区组成复杂,有来自右江百色以上、百色到右江河口区间、左江流域、百色至南宁大区间及郁江南宁以上流域等地块,本文采用多种典型年法分析其洪水组成,并采用多种计算方法(洪量组成法、峰量兼控组成法、分时段同频率组成法、变时段同倍地组成法、变时空同倍比组成法),计算南宁洪水的地区组成,以确定百色水库的防洪库容和充分说明该水库对下游的防洪作用。
