一、概述铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜的电解着色已得到广泛应用。其最大的优点就是具有极好的抗光性和抗风化能力。例如,用硫酸镍电解着色的膜,在海洋及工业大气中八年不变色。我们用Fe~(2+)得到的纯黑色膜,比用Ni、Co、Cu、Ag等形式的颜色更加稳定。即使不封闭,在室外放置2年颜色仍不变。而用有机着色,曝晒80小时就会褪色。电解着色的缺点是色彩不艳丽,很难得到多色图案。
