目的研究广东省珠三角某市2014年公共场所集中空调系统嗜肺军团菌1型(Lp1)的基因特征。方法对该市公共场所集中空调系统的192份水样进行Lp1检测,对检出的18株Lp1采用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术进行分子分型,并经Bio Numerics 6.6软件进行聚类分析。结果 192份水样检出18株Lp1,检出率为9.38%;18株Lp1图谱分为10种PFGE型别,不同地区Lp1存在同样的酶切图谱,同一采样点存在2种PFGE型别。菌株间相似性系数在39.84%~100.00%之间。结论广东省珠三角某市2014年公共场所集中空调系统存在一定程度的军团菌污染,Lp1基因型存在多样性。
Objective To study the genetic characteristics of Legionella pneumophila type 1 (Lp1) in central air-conditioning systems in public places in a certain city of Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province in 2014. Methods Lp1 was detected in 192 water samples of centralized air-conditioning systems in public places in the city. The 18 strains of Lp1 detected by PFGE were subjected to molecular typing and analyzed by Bio Numerics 6.6 software . Results 192 strains of Lp1 were detected in 192 samples and the detection rate was 9.38%. The 18 isolates of Lp1 were divided into 10 PFGE types. The same digestion pattern was found in different regions of Lp1. There were two PFGE types in the same sample. The similarity coefficient between strains ranged from 39.84% to 100.00%. Conclusions There was a certain degree of Legionella contamination in the central air-conditioning system of public places in a certain city of Pearl River Delta in Guangdong Province in 2014, and there was diversity in Lp1 genotypes.
