以白色棉泗棉 3号为对照 ,对 2个彩色棉品种的过氧化物酶 (POD)、丙二醛 (MDA)和硝酸还原酶 (NR)进行了测定。结果表明 :整个生育期绿色棉MDA值较高 ,是棕色棉的 1.5 684倍 ,白色棉的 1.5 792倍 ;且整个生育期内绿色棉MDA值变动范围较大 ,绿色棉最大值 /最小值 =4.1785 ,而棕色棉为 2 .3 672 ,白色棉为 1.7416。 2种彩色棉MDA值的动态变化具有共同的特点 ,整个生育期内出现 2次高峰 ,分别在苗期和盛花期 ,而白色棉表现为“升—降—升”的特点。 3种棉花的POD值变化规律十分相似 ,POD含量由幼苗期到苗期有较明显的上升 ,由苗期到蕾期下降速度较快 ,蕾期之后保持相对稳定的水平 ,绿色棉幼苗期的POD值明显高于棕色棉和白色棉。从NR值的动态变化来看 ,白色棉和棕色棉 ,从幼苗期到苗期略有下降 ;而绿色棉有较大的上升 ,且绿色棉的上升幅度较大 ,绿色棉苗期叶片NR的含量是幼苗期的 2 .0 812倍。
The results showed that POD, MDA and nitrate reductase (NR) of two cotton cultivars were tested with white cotton Simian 3 as control. The results showed that the MDA value of green cotton during the whole growth period was 1.5684 times higher than that of brown cotton and 1.5792 times times that of white cotton. The MDA value of green cotton varied widely during the whole growth period, the maximum / minimum value of green cotton = 4.1785 compared to 2.3667 for brown cotton and 1.7416 for white cotton. The dynamic changes of MDA value of the two kinds of colored cotton have the same characteristics. There are two peaks in the whole growing period, which are respectively at the seedling stage and flowering stage, while the white cotton shows the characteristic of “up-down-up”. The POD values of the three cotton varieties were very similar. The content of POD increased obviously from seedling stage to seedling stage, decreased rapidly from seedling stage to bud stage, and remained relatively stable after bud stage. POD values were significantly higher than brown cotton and white cotton. From the dynamic change of NR value, the white cotton and brown cotton decreased slightly from seedling stage to seedling stage; while the green cotton had a bigger rise, and the green cotton increased more greatly. The NR The content is 2.0812 times of the seedling stage.
