我院超声科自1996年以来,先后诊断经临床及病理证实的子宫肌瘤700余例,现总结回顾分析如下: 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料:共计718例,年龄最大61岁,最小22岁,平均最小39.5岁。其中20～29岁的48例,占6.69％;30～39岁的291例,占40.53％;40～49岁的301例,占41.92％;50～59岁的75例,占10.45％;60岁以上的3例,占0.41％。所有病例均以首次超声检查记录为准,病史从2个月至数年不等。受检患者膀胱充盈仰卧,盆腔探查,采用RT-fino超声诊断仪,探头频率为3.5MHZ。 1.2 检查结果:常规探查子宫的大小和肌瘤的大小、数目、位置、内部回声情况。
