对840D车轮辐板孔疲劳断口形貌进行观察并测量疲劳弧线间距。通过分析认为43 mm是临界裂纹的一个重要参考,同时发现闸瓦制动工况在裂纹的产生和扩展过程中起着重要的作用,并推断出裂纹长度在35 mm内,其平均裂纹扩展速率为31.2 mm/年。
The fatigue fracture appearance of 840D spokes was observed and the fatigue arc spacing was measured. By analyzing that 43 mm is an important reference for critical cracks, it is also found that braking condition of brake shoe plays an important role in the generation and propagation of cracks. It is deduced that the average crack growth rate 31.2 mm / year.
