“故善战者,求之于势,不责于人,故能择人而任势。”——《孙子》沃伦·巴菲特的管理哲学每一位经营大师,都有自己的管理哲学。要恰如其分地表述,则不是轻而易举的事。局外人描绘起来,烦琐且不得要领,总要在没有逻辑的地方开发出系列的因果关系。而大师的说法则往往直白和浅显。因为那更多的是经由一段故事引发的一个感触。感触沉淀下来,历久弥新,形成大师经营管理思维的逻辑起点。大师沃伦·巴菲特,喜欢简朴的处世之道和生活方式,尽量规避复杂。他对那些内在逻辑合理的事物有着深深的敬意。在2003年3月份公布的伯克希尔公司年报中,他用很直白的语言,表述自己的管理哲学:
