目的研究膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中MMP-9、COX-2的表达水平,阐明其与膀胱癌的生物学行为的关系。方法采用免疫组化法对43例膀胱尿路上皮癌标本和10例对照组标本中MMP-9、COX-2的表达量检测并进行比较。结果MMP-9与COX-2在正常黏膜与不同病理分级和临床分期中的阳性率均有显著性差异(P<0.05或0.01)。MMP-9和COX-2的阳性率随病理分级和临床分期的上升而显著升高。MMP-9和COX-2表达有相关关系(P<0.01)。结论MMP-9和COX-2的表达与BUC的生物学行为关系密切,为尽早了解膀胱癌侵袭、转移提供帮助。
Objective To study the expression of MMP-9 and COX-2 in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) and to elucidate its relationship with the biological behavior of bladder cancer. Methods The expressions of MMP-9 and COX-2 in 43 specimens of bladder urothelial carcinoma and 10 specimens of control group were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared. Results The positive rates of MMP-9 and COX-2 in normal mucosa with different histological grade and clinical stage were significantly different (P <0.05 or 0.01). The positive rates of MMP-9 and COX-2 were significantly increased with the increase of pathological grade and clinical stage. There was a correlation between the expression of MMP-9 and COX-2 (P <0.01). Conclusion The expressions of MMP-9 and COX-2 are closely related to the biological behavior of BUC, which may help to understand the invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer as soon as possible.
