煤矿排水系统是采煤生产过程中的四大系统之一,耗电量大。为了节省电费,采用动态规划方法寻找排水系统水泵节能最优控制策略。将连续的排水周期分解为多段决策过程,建立动态规划数学方程式,通过求解得到最优控制率。仿真及应用结果表明该方法具有明显的节能效果,可为企业带来显著的经济效益。
Coal mine drainage system is one of the four major systems in the coal production process, with large power consumption. In order to save electricity, the dynamic programming method is used to find the optimal control strategy for the energy saving of the drainage system pump. The continuous drainage cycle is decomposed into multi-stage decision-making process, the dynamic programming mathematical equation is established, and the optimal control rate is obtained through solving. Simulation and application results show that this method has obvious energy-saving effect and can bring significant economic benefits to the enterprise.
