目的通过分析甲基苯丙胺毒品的对映体特征,为前体化学品的管理、毒品案件的侦查提供技术支持。方法选择北京、天津、石家庄、成都4个城市公安局缴获的114份甲基苯丙胺零包毒品进行对映异构体分析,用(S)-(+)-a-甲氧基-a-(三氟甲基)苯基乙酰氯(MTPACl)衍生化,衍生物采用选择离子扫描形式进行GC-MS分析。结果114个样品中纯S(+)-构型有103个(90.4%),纯R(-)-构型有4个(3.5%)。结论目前中国缴获的甲基苯丙胺主要以1R,2S(-)-麻黄素、1S,2S(+)-伪麻黄素为前体化学品进行合成,同时也出现了以1R,2R(-)伪麻黄素和1S,2R(+)-麻黄素为前体化学品进行合成的甲基苯丙胺毒品。
Objective To provide technical support for the management of precursor chemicals and the investigation of drug cases by analyzing the enantiomeric characteristics of methamphetamine drugs. Methods A total of 114 methamphetamine zero-package drugs seized in four cities of Beijing, Tianjin, Shijiazhuang and Chengdu were selected for enantiomer analysis. The enantiomers of (S) - (+) - a-methoxy- Trifluoromethyl) phenylacetyl chloride (MTPACl), and derivatives were analyzed by GC-MS using a selective ion scan format. Results Of the 114 samples, there were 103 (90.4%) pure S (+) - configurations and 4 (3.5%) pure R (-) - configurations. Conclusions Methamphetamine seized in China is mainly synthesized with 1R, 2S (-) - ephedrine, 1S, 2S (+) - pseudoephedrine as precursor chemicals. Ephedrine and 1S, 2R (+) - ephedrine as precursors for the synthesis of methamphetamine drugs.
