蜂蜜是一种常用的中药材。正常蜂蜜含蔗糖量约为5%。近年来,我们发现有部分蜂蜜人工掺有蔗糖,掺有蔗糖的蜂蜜药用性能改变,不宜供药用。因此有必要对蜂蜜中的蔗糖作出检查。蜂蜜中蔗糖的检查药典未作规定,文献虽作了探讨,但方法繁琐,操作费时,且有的项目不灵敏,不适合药厂、医院及收购单位使用。为此,我们改用下列方法检查,简单
Honey is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine. Normal honey contains approximately 5% sucrose. In recent years, we have found that some honeys are artificially doped with sucrose, and the medicinal properties of honey doped with sucrose have changed and are not suitable for medicinal use. Therefore, it is necessary to check the sucrose in honey. There is no provision for the examination of sucrose in honey. Although the literature has been discussed, the method is cumbersome, the operation is time consuming, and some projects are insensitive, which is not suitable for use by pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, and acquisition units. For this reason, we use the following method to check it.
