近年来宏观经济形势严峻,建筑业持续低迷,粗放型管理,利润空间小。结合实际建筑工程项目,对BIM技术应用于项目施工全过程管理进行研究:BIM模型综合优化,减少施工图潜在错误,提高施工图质量;可视化技术交底,有效降低因信息黏滞而造成的施工技术偏差,实现工程设计及施工方案零差错,施工过程信息化;加强对施工现场造价控制,进行质量和安全的管理,提高项目精细化管理水平。
In recent years, the macroeconomic situation is grim, the construction industry continues to slump, extensive management, and small profit margins. Combined with the actual construction project, the BIM technology is applied to the whole process management of the project construction. The BIM model is comprehensively optimized to reduce potential errors in the construction drawings and improve the quality of the construction drawings. The visualization technology can effectively reduce the construction technology caused by the information stickiness Deviation, to achieve zero error engineering design and construction program, the construction process of information technology; strengthen the construction site cost control, quality and safety management, improve project management level.
