采用金相显微镜、拉伸性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析手段,研究了不同成分配比的复合孕育剂Fe、Ti对铸造铝铜硼合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:元素Fe和Ti的复合添加能够明显促进θ相变为Al_7Cu_2Fe等含铁化合物(鱼骨状和菊花状),增加合金的硬度和抗拉强度。当复合添加1.5%Fe和2.2%Ti时,对试样组织变质作用最明显,铸态硬度为105 BS,铸态抗拉强度为238 MPa,综合力学性能较好。
The effects of different inoculants Fe and Ti on the microstructure and mechanical properties of cast Al-Cu-B alloy were investigated by optical microscope, tensile test, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy. The results show that the addition of elemental Fe and Ti can obviously promote the transformation of θ into Al_7Cu_2Fe and other ferrous compounds (fishbone and chrysanthemum) and increase the hardness and tensile strength of the alloy. When 1.5% Fe and 2.2% Ti were added in composite, the microstructure of the sample was the most obvious. The as-cast hardness was 105 BS, the as-cast tensile strength was 238 MPa, and the comprehensive mechanical properties were better.
