目的:观察白花丹参茎叶水提物对小鼠耐缺氧作用的影响,分析白花丹参茎叶的药用价值。方法:实验于2002-11/2003-05在泰山医学院药学院药物综合实验室完成。80只小鼠随机分为6组,分别灌胃给予生理盐水、普萘洛尔和不同剂量的白花丹参茎叶水提物,观察小鼠缺氧存活时间和耗氧量变化。结果:灌胃给予白花丹参茎叶水提物10,20,30,40g/kg和普萘洛尔20mg/kg,使小鼠0~5min的耗氧量分别降低5.32%,7.73%,19.64%,20.78%和22.81%,5~10min的耗氧量分别降低3.53%,2.29%,9.35%,11.29%和16.58%。灌胃给予氯化钠注射液、普萘洛尔20mg/kg和白花丹参茎叶水提物10,20,30,40g/kg,小鼠缺氧25min的存活率分别为0,80%,0,0,40%和40%。普萘洛尔组、白花丹参茎叶水提物30和40g/kg组,小鼠的缺氧存活时间分别延长48.20%,21.28%和17.08%。结论:白花丹参茎叶水提物能明显增强小鼠的耐缺氧作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of water extracts of stem and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge on hypoxia tolerance in mice and analyze the medicinal value of stems and leaves of Bletilla striata. METHODS: The experiment was performed at the Drug Synthesis Laboratory of the School of Pharmacy, Taishan Medical College from November 2002 to May 2003. 80 mice were randomly divided into 6 groups and were given intragastric administration of saline, propranolol and different doses of water extracts of stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge. The changes of hypoxia survival time and oxygen consumption were observed. RESULTS: The water extracts of stems and leaves of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Inoculated with 10, 20, 30, 40 g/kg and 20 mg/kg of propranolol were administered by gavage, which reduced the oxygen consumption of the mice from 0 to 5 minutes by 5.32%, 7.73% and 19.64%, respectively. Oxygen consumption was decreased by 3.53%, 2.29%, 9.35%, 11.29% and 16.58% respectively for the 20.78% and 22.81%, 5 to 10 min. Gavage sodium chloride injection, propranolol 20mg/kg and Baihua Danshen stem and leaf aqueous extracts 10, 20, 30, 40g/kg, mice hypoxia 25min survival rate were 0,80%, 0 , 0, 40% and 40%. In the propranolol group and the 30 and 40 g/kg water extracts of the stem and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge, the hypoxic survival time of the mice was prolonged by 48.20%, 21.28% and 17.08%, respectively. Conclusion: The water extract of stem and leaf of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge can significantly enhance the hypoxic tolerance of mice.
