目的:研究月腺大戟乙醇提取物对氧嗪酸钾导致的高尿酸血症模型小鼠的影响。方法:月腺大戟乙醇提取物(25、50、100 mg/kg)对高尿酸血症小鼠给药7 d后,测定小鼠尿液、血清和肝脏中尿酸浓度和肝脏黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)的酶活性;以别嘌醇(5 mg/kg)作为阳性对照药。结果:与模型组比较,月腺大戟高剂量组尿液中尿酸显著升高,血清、肝脏中的尿酸显著降低,肝脏中黄嘌呤氧化酶活性显著降低。结论:月腺大戟乙醇提取物具有一定的抗痛风作用。
Objective: To study the effects of ethanol extract of Euphorbia euphorbia on hyperuricemia model mice induced by oxonic acid potassium. Methods: After administration of ethanol extract (25, 50, 100 mg / kg) of Euphorbia euphorbiae to hyperuricemia mice for 7 days, the concentrations of uric acid in urine, serum and liver and the activities of hepatic xanthine oxidase (XOD) enzyme activity; allopurinol (5 mg / kg) as a positive control drug. Results: Compared with the model group, uric acid in urine of high dose group was significantly increased, uric acid in serum and liver decreased significantly, and xanthine oxidase activity in liver decreased significantly. Conclusion: Euglena ethanol extract has some anti-gout effect.
