目的:调查大学生对抗菌药物的认知情况,为开展大学生抗菌药物合理使用教育提供依据。方法:调查对象为某高校在校大学生,共发放问卷1260份。结果:问卷有效率93.65%。大学生群里对抗菌药物正确认知度较低,用药不规范,自行购买和使用药物的比例为65%。75.0%的学生自己随意调节抗菌药物的使用剂量和使用时间。结论:大学生抗菌药物知识较贫乏,抗菌药物经常滥用,加强学生对抗菌药物的认知度势在必行。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the cognition of antimicrobials among college students and to provide basis for carrying out education on the rational use of antimicrobials among college students. Methods: The surveyed students were college students in a certain university, altogether 1260 questionnaires were distributed. Results: The questionnaire was 93.65% efficient. Students in the correct understanding of antimicrobial agents lower awareness, medication is not standardized, the proportion of their own purchase and use of drugs was 65%. 75.0% of students are free to adjust the dosage and usage time of antibiotics. Conclusion: The undergraduates ’knowledge of antimicrobials is relatively poor, antimicrobials are often abused, and students’ awareness of antimicrobials is imperative.
