以月桂基磺化琥珀酸单酯二钠为发泡剂,采用物理发泡的方法配制水性聚氨酯(WPU)发泡浆料,经干法工艺制备WPU膜,研究了发泡剂含量对WPU膜形态结构和性能的影响。结果表明:当发泡剂含量从0增加到8%,WPU膜的泡孔密度、表面孔孔径、平均孔径、透气量和透湿率等均随着发泡剂含量的增大而增大,而断裂强度和断裂伸长率恰好相反;当发泡剂含量为8%时,膜的透气量和透湿率分别为43.25 L/(m~2·s)和4766.08 g/(m~2·24h),断裂强度和断裂伸长率分别为1.24 MPa和407.60%。随着发泡剂含量进一步增加,膜的断面出现闭孔结构,透气量和透湿率减小,而断裂强度和断裂伸长率显著增加。
A kind of foaming agent was used to prepare water-based polyurethane (WPU) foaming slurry by using disodium lauryl sulfosuccinate disodium as foaming agent.
